Common questions first:
Open Settings inside Muhura and tap "Restore purchases" on any device signed into the same Apple Account. There is no Muhura account to sign into, so the store account is the only thing that carries a purchase.
The lagna depends on your exact birth time and place, and twenty minutes can move it into the next rashi. Check the birth time first. If you chose "I do not know my birth time," the app uses noon and says so, which makes the lagna and the bhavas approximate by design; your grahas and their rashis stay accurate either way.
Almost always the ayanamsa or the node convention. Muhura uses Lahiri, the Indian government standard, and classical madhya (mean) Rahu and Ketu by default. A panchang printed with a different ayanamsa, or with spashta (true) nodes, will legitimately differ by a small amount. You can switch the node convention in Settings. If the difference is larger than a degree or so, please write to us.
Tailored readings need a recent phone. On older devices Muhura still computes and shows your full kundli, dashas and panchang; it just will not write the prose. Either way your information stays on your phone.
Settings, then "Start over," erases everything: your kundli, saved people, and everything the app has tailored to you. Deleting the app does the same. Your information was only ever on your phone, so that is all it takes.
Yes. Muhura's data moves with a standard phone-to-phone migration or a device backup, because it lives in the app's local storage the way your photos do. There is no account to sign into.
We take the math personally; the engine is tested against independent astronomy and against classical worked examples. Email hello@muhura.app with your device model and a screenshot, and if it involves a chart, the birth date, time and place you used.
